- Your account will be automatically unlocked after 30 minutes. If you continue to have issues logging in, please call the IT Help Desk.
- What should I do if I forget my username?

- What should I do if I forget my password?
- The Self-Service Password Reset feature is available in Okta to everyone who has accepted the Personal Device Disclaimer in Workday. You’ll have the option to reset your password using 3 different options: the personal email address associated to your Workday profile, SMS, or voice call. To utilize the SMS and Voice password reset options, you must first sign into Okta at https://okta.chipotle.com click ‘Settings’ on the upper right, and add a phone number to each of the Forget Password sections. If you have not yet accepted this disclaimer, then you will need to call the IT Help Desk.
- What is my Okta username to login?
- Your login is your 7-digit Employee ID, which is the same as what you use to log into your Chipotle computer. If your username contains a leading zero, please include that in your username.
- Is my Okta password the same as my Workday password?
- No, your password for Okta and accessing Workday through the Workday home page are not kept in sync.
- What is Okta?
- Okta allows you to easily sign-in to applications through a single username and password. Once you sign in, your Okta home page displays all your applications in one location. Simply, click the application's corresponding icon and each application opens in a new browser window or tab and you are automatically logged in.
